The Hotel

Exceptional witness of the activity of Salamanca history, this ancient palace in the historical center of Salamanca from late XVth century belonged to the Caballero of Calatrava Mangas Villafuerte. We are between two cathedrals, opposite the Convento de los Dominicos and a minute away from the Plaza Mayor. A magnificent building completely restored in 2010, to be the most exclusive establishment in town. A hotel which has 17 rooms and offers us large and small enchanting spaces, and a Spa only for guests.

 Cuisine
Revised traditional, with avant-guard touches. Some suggestions are: caramelized suckling pork lacquered with passion fruit, haddock in sider, sea food ravioli, or deer sirloin with cream of chestnut. Average price, without wine: 35-50€. Breakfast is buffet with an option to a la carte.
